Wow…

That was pretty intense. Mother Nature hates Chicago. The race was structured like this. Here’s the synopsis from the desk of Cuttin’ Crew OG Mike Morell…

mikeymo2.pngTour ’08 – Stage 2 results
I seriously was expecting 20 maybe 30 people for this stage considering the conditions. If I wasn’t organizing the damn thing I would’ve stayed home. But 50 riders started (and finished) the first leg. Congratulations to everyone for surviving with digits intact. And how about that dramatic finish on the inner drive? Jeffrey Perkins sprinting to catch and power by the orange jersey just yards before the line to wrap up first place. Nico retains the orange with three stages to go, but the race tightens. Remember, only the five highest stage scores count toward your final overall tally.

Hey, you guys accidentally put the last six names on the 26th-50th list on the bottom of your 14th-25th list, instead of the three that should be there (including Al). Just lettin’ you know. Awesome job racing!
